Continuous mesh belt conveyor tempering furnace
Features:

The tempering furnace is composted of cover, feeding shelf, wire mesh belt driving device, material of hot insulation, heating apparatus, circulating fan apparatus, discharging rack, and Temperature control apparatus. There are 3 high speed mixing fans on top of furnace, which can make the convection current to ensure the temperature uniformity inside the furnace, small hardness balance of work pieces and color uniformity after tempering. drive system:consists of the transmission reducer, frequency conversion governor, mesh belt, transmission detection, etc. specifications and general composition as bellows:

9) Heat preservation material: The both sides and the top of the furnace adopts Ceramic fiber and Ceramic fiber board, The bottom and inner two sides of furnace adopts impervious carbon brick ,it’s light and excellent heat preservation. Heat-resistant binder adopts China puddle, strong bonding ability, and it is more fixed at the surface when the heat is higher. High-alumina and high density bricks are used at the exit of dropping work pieces to gain in strength. In the process of the furnace brick working, expansion gaps are left every one meter to prevent the cracks due to heated expansion and cooled contraction in case of the influence of heat-insulating property

There is PID in full set of production plan which used to control running, overheating, liquid level, transmission, acousto-optic alarm, thermo element breaker, safety lock.
Control system adopts well-known, good quality electrical components. The key components are imported Siemens. The voltage regulator is adopted to heat up, by this ,it can control temperature preciously . Transformer is low voltage and large current, it can lengthen the life of silk of electric heater. Every group of heater in control cabinet equipped with power controller ,it can achieve the functions like Soft Start,soft turn-off, Constant Current ,Current Limiting ,lost protection , over current protection,overheat protection ,etc. control loops equipped with interlocking device to detect system faults ,alarm when overloaded, etc.
